Certified by International Association of Infant Massage Singapore (IAIM)

This specially curated infant massage course aims to empower both babies and parents with practical hands-on skills to reap the full benefit of infant massage. Numerous studies have shown that infant massage can help babies with muscular relaxation, regulate sleep patterns, and improve digestion and colic problems amongst others. Such physical, or somatic changes are key to the social, emotional, psychological and cognitive health and wellbeing for both the babies and their parents.

This infant massage course is backed by a scientific massage routine that is developed by Vimala McClure back in 1976. The massage technique comprises of 4 components; Indian massage (focus on muscles tension relaxation), Swedish massage (promoting blood circulation), Foot reflexology (improving the overall function of the body system) and yoga (ensuring flow and articulation of the body)

Sensory touch is one of the key senses for babies, especially in their early weeks. It has the ability to stimulate her central nervous system and sets off a chain reaction in their body.  Sensory touch also promotes the release of hormones such as oxytocin and serotonin, which is known to contribute happiness and wellbeing as well as soothing emotional tension for both babies and parents.
